What Makes a Good Salesperson

An excerpt from my recent podcast with break-through coach and renowned motivational speaker, Zac Dixon.

Zac:

Let's just say, I taught you how to sell and you didn't have the personality behind it. Would you sell? I taught you the exact model, but you didn't have the personality, would it work?

Alex:

No, because then it's just words.

Zac:

Exactly. That's why you can go to a business coach, you can go to someone but if they don't teach you the internal, that's why I hammer into it, well good luck to you. Because that will give you every single thing that you need, and I'm all for it.

Everything that I will teach to you is proven to make you a better salesperson, but without the character, without the personality, without the identity, you're screwed.
